Wow…I just got home today from the Irish Fest and it was pretty fun, considering all that happened. The day started off great; I was so happy and looking forward to my singing and dancing. When we all went to the Library I realized I didn’t really have any friends in the fest that I could hangout with, so I waited for my friend/guest to get there.

When he did I was so happy that finally I had someone to talk to, but unfortunately he had to be removed from the building for some unknown reason. I felt pretty bad for the rest of the day because he had staid up all night, and walked to school with a hurt ankle just to see me dance (which he did not).

Then I was alone again…till we got to dance. I enjoyed the dancing so much, I wish we could have danced all day. With the day looking brighter I prepared myself for the singing.

I got a little nervous and as soon as I started singing I realized I should have sang the other song i practice, “our Wedding Day.” Over all I think I sang alright, at least it wasn’t terrible. A lot of people said I did a great job singing but there was a group of boys in the library I think were making fun of me, well that’s what it sounded like. So feeling bad again I went on with the rest of my day.

The day ended on a good note when my friends reassured me that it didn’t matter what those boys said, because none of them were brave enough to go up on stage and sing.

So at the least, it was an interesting day. I can say some parts were very fun! But others were terrible...*sigh*

Boy that probably sounds like a crybaby's journal enrtry, but i am trying to stay positive. My old friends from my old home town are coming to visit me today! They always make me happy. This will be a fun weekend for sure^_^!
